As a Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of talent across our global Artex businesses. In this role, you will be to act as a trusted strategic partner, developing role-specific talent strategies, tailored search strategies to effectively source, attract and present qualified, high-calibre candidates. You will be required to present data, discuss market conditions and support our broader talent strategies. You'll be part of a warm and collaborative team that provides the best possible tools, resources and support for your success. How you'll make an impact



Leverage proven candidate sourcing techniques, including ATS tools, to actively engage passive talent. Create personalized job advertisements and use recruitment marketing tools strategically to optimize role visibility and attract top-tier candidates. Serve as a trusted advisor to executives and people managers, providing hands-on guidance throughout the recruitment process while addressing role-specific challenges with innovative, forward-thinking solutions. Take initiative to independently troubleshoot role-specific challenges with your clients while considering broader, innovative solutions to effectively meet recruitment needs. Effectively communicate market conditions and skilfully demonstrate professional pushback to ensure a positive candidate experience. Effectively negotiate candidate offers, ensuring successful placement and alignment with organizational objectives. Comprehend Gallagher's business needs and customize recruiting strategies to optimally source and present candidates. Manage a requisition load, conduct interviews and assist the team when needed. Actively advise and train junior recruiters to enhance their skills and knowledge.



About you



An undergraduate degree or equivalent. At least three years' relevant recruitment experience in financial services and accounting, with demonstrated success in hiring for professional roles from entry level through to executive positions, in Bermuda and internationally (preferably in Europe and the Cayman Islands). Minimum of 2 years' experience working with recruiting technologies (i.e. ATS, CRM) Proficiency with Oracle or similar technology and systems is an asset Proven ability to build strong relationships, negotiate effectively, and optimize recruitment processes
