About the Role:

Senior Talent Acquisition Specialis

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will lead end-to-end recruitment processes on an international scale, ensuring we identify and engage top professionals who will drive our business forward. You will partner closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to understand strategic needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions that align with our growth objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities:



Develop and execute strategic hiring for senior and specialized roles across multiple markets. Partner with global leaders to design impactful recruitment strategies. Requirements:

Role requirements:



A Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Proven track record recruiting across all organizational levels, including senior leadership roles. Hands-on experience with ATS and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter. Strong direct sourcing skills and ability to engage passive candidates. Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and database applications. Solid understanding of HR best practices and metrics.

Preferred Qualifications:



English: Native or Proficient level (mandatory). Additional languages highly valued, such as French, German, or Spanish. Experience with ATS. Experience supporting a multi-site environment with multiple business units and managers. * Background in Logistics or Transportation industry in a recruiter or HR Generalist role.
