Base Salary: 35,000 + Uncapped Bonus (OTE 47,000+)
Smarter Cover is a life insurance brokerage in a period of hyper growth following the release of our own products onto the market.
We have expanded into a new super slick office that allows us to continue our growth as we aim to be 200+ sales people by the end of 2027. To support this expansion, we are looking to develop our Recruitment team and bring on board a driven Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Our new office is based close to the train station with excellent links to Leatherhead town and a range of pubs, shops, restaurants, and gyms all within walking distance for you to take advantage of on your breaks.

Role Overview:
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Smarter Cover, you will play a key role in driving our talent acquisition efforts. You will work closely with the Head Of Recruitment as well as hiring managers to source, screen, and secure top talent for our business. This role is results-focused, high-paced, and comes with strong incentives for success.
Partner with the Head Of Recruitment to understand staffing needs and deliver against hiring targets.
Source candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and outbound activity.
Manage a high-volume, assessment-centre style recruitment process.
Screen effectively, sell opportunities, and manage candidates through the full recruitment cycle.
Deliver consistent results in line with defined KPI's for sourcing, pitches, telephone interviews, and hires.
Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist Requirements:
Proven track record in sales recruitment (high volume, fast paced)
Background in call centres and/or life insurance recruitment strongly preferred.
Strong communication, candidate management, and closing skills.
High-paced, resilient, and able to deliver excellence within a narrow recruitment scope.
Comfortable with hybrid working (not remote initially unless known to the business).
KPI-driven and motivated by performance targets.
