A results-driven and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. Reporting directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager, this role is pivotal in supporting the development and execution of strategic hiring initiatives, improving recruitment processes, and delivering a world-class candidate experience. You will play a key role in building strong talent pipelines and shaping workforce planning to meet the evolving needs of the organisation.

And as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with Bellrock, you'll do it by



Strategic Talent Acquisition Partner with the TA Manager to implement recruitment strategies aligned with business goals. Contribute to workforce planning and talent mapping initiatives to proactively meet future hiring needs. Analyse recruitment data and market trends to make informed recommendations to stakeholders. Full-Cycle Recruitment Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for mid-to-senior level roles across multiple functions. Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates using best-in-class methods and tools. Build strong talent pools through proactive sourcing, networking, and employer branding activities. Metrics & Reporting Define, monitor, and report on recruitment KPIs and metrics, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire, and source effectiveness. Provide regular insights and dashboards to key stakeholders, making data-driven recommendations for improvement. Stakeholder Engagement Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance on hiring strategies, interview processes, and candidate selection. Facilitate training and support to ensure best hiring practices across the business. Process Improvement & Compliance Identify and implement improvements in recruitment operations to enhance efficiency and candidate experience. Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations, including DEI and data protection standards. Support the effective utilisation and optimisation of our Applicant Tracking System (Jobtrain), ensuring data integrity and maximising system capabilities. Ensure onboarding compliance processes are followed and effective, collaborating with HR and hiring managers to create a smooth and compliant transition for new hires. Ensure all contract templates and offer letters are current and accurately maintained within the ATS and promptly notify HR of any updates or required changes. Leadership & Coverage Act as the second-in-command in the absence of the Talent Acquisition Manager, providing team guidance and continuity of operations as needed. Employer Branding & Talent Marketing Support the execution of employer branding campaigns to position the company as an employer of choice. Represent the company at industry events, career fairs, and networking functions.

What does it take?

5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong track record of full-cycle recruiting in dynamic environments. Proven experience supporting strategic initiatives such as talent pipelining, DEI, and process optimisation. Strong sourcing and headhunting skills, including use of LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms. Experience working closely with HR business partners and senior stakeholders. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, Lever). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.

Working arrangements

In this role, the successful candidate would be required to work from the Leicester head office and working two days a week with the team and the rest of the week can be worked from home.
