We're looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join Eurostar's UK HR Operations team. This is a stand-alone role in the UK and a key member of our global Talent Acquisition function, working closely with colleagues across Eurostar's international offices and the UK HRBP team.
You'll take the lead on the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, managing campaigns from entry-level through to senior management and executive search. As a Senior TA Specialist, you'll work at pace, influence stakeholders, and help shape a forward-thinking, customer-centric, and data-driven talent acquisition function. This is a permanent role based at our Kings Place Office with hybrid working. We're looking for someone to:
Lead the full recruitment cycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to forecast needs, build pipelines, and deliver recruitment solutions that drive business growth.
Manage recruitment campaigns for both volume and specialist roles across engineering, operations, customer service, and head office functions.
Deliver senior-level hiring and executive search, ensuring inclusive and values-driven processes.
Optimise use of the ATS and recruitment technology, reporting on KPIs and trends to shape decision-making.
Strengthen our employer brand through digital campaigns, partnerships, and talent pooling.
Coach and upskill line managers on recruitment best practice, compliance, and candidate experience.
Partner cross-functionally with HR, Marketing, and business leaders to deliver brand-aligned, seamless recruitment.
Work with DEI colleagues to ensure recruitment practices are inclusive and accessible.
Champion continuous improvement, streamlining processes and enhancing the candidate journey.
