As a Senior HR Advisor at Digitas you\xe2\x80\x99ll work closely with the HR Director supporting with the agency employee experience. Responsibilities will vary according to the needs of the business but include managing a range of complex Employee Relations issues and owning and delivering engagement initiatives. Digitas are looking for motivated, adaptable team player. A relationship builder with the confidence and gravitas to run their own meetings with senior stakeholders across the business and trust their judgement on the relevant HR processes and employment law. This role is focused on the continued improvement of the Digitas employee experience and requires a proactive and solutions-focused individual to drive effective people initiatives. Digitas design experiences for a broad range of clients, so it\xe2\x80\x99s the perfect environment to develop your craft as a HR professional. Understanding how to build the most effective teams, across a diverse range of skillsets and in a market that is constantly evolving and highly competitive.   • You\xe2\x80\x99ll work with the HR Director and managers across the agency to identify and solve complex HR issues such as engaging teams and developing high performing teams.
  • You\xe2\x80\x99ll need to develop an in-depth understanding of each area of the business and strong relationships with managers and employees to support their development and achieve business goals.
  • You will be a hub of knowledge and relationships, connecting the right people to ensure the business\xe2\x80\x99s HR needs are always being met on time and to the highest standard. Whatever it is, you\xe2\x80\x99ll always be looking one step ahead to make sure we\xe2\x80\x99ve got the people we need, performing at their best.
  • You will be the go-to person for leaders and managers that need advice on how to tackle tricky conversations, solve resource issues or support employees through a variety of different challenges.
  • Work with Managers to proactively manage employee issues such as grievances, poor performance, disciplinary and absence. Juggling multiple cases at one time.
  • Provide support in large change management initiatives, including TUPE, restructures and redundancy situations.
  • Oversee people policies and processes for the agency, such as maternity, paternity, shared parental leave and flexible working.
  • Working closely with our Talent Operations Coordinator to ensure our processes and policies are in line with employment legislation and are consistent with Publicis Groupe policies and procedures.
  • Proactively drive the consistent approach to performance management, including providing training on process and tools, coaching and support to managers and ensuring standards are achieved across all departments
  • Contribute to wider Publicis Groupe network HR initiatives and change projects as directed by the HR leadership team, working collaboratively with the team to deliver to deadlines
  • Coordinate salary reviews, collaborating with the HR Director and HR Operations team to ensure current data is up to date and conducting benchmarking exercises. Supporting with communication around salary review process.
  • Participate in engagement and retention initiatives, help embed change and positively impact our culture
  • Making sure the HR Coordinator maintains HR systems and records accurately, effectively and in line with current regulations.
  • Harness the power of the data we collect across the employee lifecycle to help leaders make better, more informed, and objective strategic decisions. Proactively analysing data, providing presentations and reports.


Qualifications
  • Experience of managing/leading Employee Relations including redundancy, TUPE, disciplinary
  • Solid generalist Talent (HR) background with a broad understanding across multiple disciplines (e.g. Employee Relations, Recruitment and L&D)
  • Able to demonstrate excellent working knowledge of UK employment law
  • Experience in working effectively in a changing and fast-paced environment with flexible and resilient approach
  • Good attention to detail, excellent organisation skills and able to multi-task and prioritise workload
  • Analytical thinker with ability to analyse, interpret and confidently present key HR trends to internal stakeholders - Experienced with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Passionate and interested about the power of HR/Talent functions to affect change and improve business performance
  • CIPD qualified or have ambition to continue personal learning & development in the HR space
  • Previous experience in similar industry preferred (Media, Digital, Advertising, Tech) but not essential
