You'll work closely with senior leaders and HR partners to shape the future of our internal teams.

What You'll Do at Pega:

Partner with senior business leaders to understand hiring needs and develop strategic recruitment plans. Collaborate with HR, Legal and Global Mobility and People Operations teams to ensure full compliance throughout the hiring process. Lead full-cycle recruitment for complex roles across Technology functions in various markets in EMEA. You will also support Go-To-Market roles as needed. Use best-in-class talent attraction strategies, including market mapping and proactive sourcing, to find top talent--even the "needle in a haystack." Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects Pega's inclusive culture and values. Support hiring managers in refining assessment techniques to improve decision-making and candidate evaluation. Promote Pega's employer brand through social media and contribute to global and local branding initiatives. Use data and insights to influence hiring decisions and continuously improve recruitment processes.

A seasoned recruiter with a consultative mindset and a passion for a high-tech environment. A strategic thinker who thrives on solving complex hiring challenges and driving results. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple searches and priorities in a fast-paced environment. A relationship builder who can influence and advise stakeholders at all levels. Adaptable and versatile, with the ability to recruit across diverse EMEA markets and a wide range of roles. Strong organizational skills and proactive planning. Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving abilities. A team player who leads with empathy, curiosity, and a drive for excellence. Open to contributing to broader initiatives by participating in additional projects beyond core recruiting responsibilities.

What You've Accomplished:

Solid full-cycle in-house recruiting experience, ideally with a focus on Technology and Go-To-Market roles. Exceptional command of English, knowledge of Polish or German language will be a major plus. Proven success in sourcing and closing passive candidates in competitive markets. Track record of delivering high-quality hires and exceptional stakeholder and candidate experience. Highly organized, proactive, and efficient in managing time and deliverables.
