to support the Branch Manager in driving performance, coaching teams, and ensuring customer excellence every day.

Role Overview

As a

Senior Team Leader

, you'll be a key leader within the Inverness branch -- leading by example, developing your team, and ensuring operational goals are met. You'll champion our values, provide first-class customer service, and support continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, support and coach the branch team to deliver high performance and excellent customer service. Drive achievement of branch operational targets and key performance indicators. Assist the Branch Manager with daily operational oversight and decision-making. Foster a positive, inclusive work environment that encourages learning and engagement. Support recruitment, onboarding and development of new team members. Manage performance issues and provide constructive feedback. Ensure compliance with company standards, policies and procedures. Act as a visible role model for service excellence and company values.

About You

You're someone who:

Has strong leadership and people management skills. Thrives in a busy, customer-focused environment. Communicates clearly and builds positive working relationships. Is confident coaching and developing others. Can prioritise effectively and adapt to change. Has previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role (preferably in a branch or retail environment).
