The Role
As
Team Leader
, you'll guide a team of dedicated staff, ensuring every child in your care feels
safe, supported, and empowered
. You'll be hands-on, mentoring your team, maintaining quality standards, and shaping care plans that truly make a difference.
What you'll do:
Lead, mentor, and inspire your team to deliver outstanding care.
Oversee and maintain tailored care plans for each child.
Act as a positive role model, championing trauma-informed approaches.
Ensure operational excellence: staffing, rotas, budgets, and compliance.
Drive a culture of positivity, inclusivity, and professional growth.
What We're Looking For
Passion for working with young people and making a difference.
Leadership experience in a care setting, with strong team management skills.
Knowledge of BESD (Behavioural, Emotional, Social Difficulties) and trauma-informed care.
Secondary education with strong literacy & numeracy; UK driving licence.
