About the Role



As a

Senior Team Leader

, you'll play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and team development within our production environment. This is a shift-based (4 on 6 off shift pattern) leadership position at the heart of our operations department, where your influence will directly impact performance, safety, and continuous improvement. You'll be a key ambassador of our I Care journey, fostering a safe, healthy, and sustainable workplace while leading by example.


What You Will Do

Lead your shift team to deliver strong operational results and uphold our I Care values. Drive performance through coaching, development conversations, and feedback. Embed and champion the Autonomous Maintenance (AM) program. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards. Support onboarding and continuous learning across the team. Act as the first point of contact for safety, quality, and disciplinary matters. Lead problem-solving initiatives to eliminate losses and improve efficiency. Monitor KPIs and manage shift resources effectively. Promote knowledge sharing and optimize team performance.

Background:



Experience in supervisory or team leadership responsibilities, with a track record of motivating and guiding teams. Familiarity with production or manufacturing environments. Comfortable managing teams, planning tasks, tracking performance, and providing constructive feedback.
