We're looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and reliable
Senior Team Member
to join our front-of-house team. You'll support daily operations, lead by example, and ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for our guests. This is a great opportunity for someone with hospitality experience looking to step up into a supervisory role or gain further responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support the front-of-house team during busy shifts
Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and efficiency
Support the management team with training, opening/closing duties, and stock control
Ensure all health and safety policies are followed
Contribute to a positive and motivated team environment
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in hospitality or retail (1+ years preferred)
A natural leader with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence in handling customer service issues or team challenges
Ability to stay calm under pressure and keep service running smoothly
Flexible and available to work evenings and weekends
Responsible and reliable, with attention to detail
