The

Senior

Technical Advisor - Siniat

will provide technical advice to both internal and external customers regarding Promat's fire protection products as well as answer all customer specification enquiries.


What you'll do:


Compile project packs of technical specifications and provide the information to customers. Liaise with the Architectural Specification Managers (ASM) to develop customer relationships. Monitor the website and email to answer all technical enquiries and manage all risk in relation to delivery of information to customers. Update technical literature and create technical drawings using AutoCAD. Provide support and guidance for the Technical Advisors on the team.



What you'll bring:


Educated to a Degree, HNC/HND or City & Guilds in a Construction, Science, Technical, Building, Architectural or other related field, or a person who can demonstrate work experience in a relevant trade. A clear communicator with an ability to translate complex technical issues into straightforward language. Self-directed with strong problem solving ability and critical thinking skills. Experience within a customer service role or administrative role in an office environment. Proficiency using CAD and Microsoft Office.
