What you'll be doingTakes responsibility for delivering a prescribed budget for own area of the organisation and/or conducts complex analyses on budget progress in other areas while working within established systems. Delivers prescribed outcomes by working as directed within established data management systems and procedures. Grows own capabilities by pursuing and investing in personal development opportunities and develops the capabilities of direct reports by working within existing development framework; provides specialised training or coaching in area of expertise to others throughout the organisation. Identifies shortcomings and suggests improvements to existing processes, systems and procedures, then delivers a plan for a small element of a change management programme with guidance from a project/programme manager. Provides input into the development of IT Security policies, develops underlying procedures and monitors their implementation for area of responsibility within the organisation. Delivers prescribed outcomes for area of responsibility by working within established knowledge management systems. Delivers outcomes by managing others and working within established systems. Sets short term objectives and helps manage the performance of direct reports by working within performance management systems. Defines, delivers, and adapts specialized products/services to meet customer needs by selecting the best possible approaches available within established systems. Analyses specified problems and issues to find the best technical and/or professional solutions. Develops and/or delivers elements of a strategic planning system with guidance from senior colleagues. Develops product specifications while designing testing procedures and standards.

About You
You'll be self-motivated, collaborative, resilient, and your ability to challenge will be vital to ensure that our processes and procedures are aligned to our People-first Value. You will be involved with working on one of our key people systems. Any experience using Workday would be great but not critical. You'll need evidence that you:Can deliver high-quality solutions that meet your stakeholders' needs, in challenging timescales. Have strong problem solving skills in order to investigate and analyse system issues and provide solution options. Have strong leadership & mentoring skills. Can juggle multiple pieces of work at any one time, be able to adapt solutions where necessary, and still be able to deliver on time Have effective & clear communication (both verbal and written*).
Take personal responsibility for delivering against agreed priorities, handling your own workloads, and letting others know if you need additional support. Have an active development plan which looks to broaden your existing skills and knowledge and how this knowledge has supported your decision-making and/or solutions that you can recommend. You embrace change and be open to new ideas. The ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools, processes, and client needs is crucial in the ever-evolving field of Workday.
