About the role:

Our client is looking for two Senior Technical Co-ordinators to be responsible for the delivery of a complete design package within the budget that has been coordinated and vetted to ensure accuracy, buildability, and compliance with Employers\' requirements, current regulations, and any other scheme-specific requirements. Adhere and engage with quality assurance and the ISO management. One project is based in SW London & NW London.

About the Responsibilities:

What you will do:

\xc2\xb7Deliver design packages on time and accurately. Report current position against agreed design programme.

\xc2\xb7Organise and control the design development of the project in accordance with the employer\'s requirements, specific and construction programme.

\xc2\xb7Review and comment on the design and deal with all obstacles effetely and appropriately.

\xc2\xb7Ensure statuary undertaker quotations are paid to enable timely site delivery.

\xc2\xb7Actively take part in regular site meetings to progress site delivery.

\xc2\xb7Undertake consultant performance reviews with project team.

\xc2\xb7Adhere to quality management (ISO) procedures using correct forms and processes.

\xc2\xb7Produces design reports.

\xc2\xb7Control the design development and implement policies and objectives effectively as advised.

\xc2\xb7Produce design programmes to control the design development process.

\xc2\xb7Cover all chair design meetings.

\xc2\xb7Complete appraisals/assessments accurately and on time, if required.

What you will have:

  • Setting up consultant appointments
  • progressing stats enquiries,
  • managing the stats,
  • Instructing SI\'s and other supplementary surveys
  • instructing design to get planning conditions discharged,
  • progressing piling designs and frame designs,
  • get the fire strategy agreed with LFB
  • develop the energy strategy so that the M&E design can commence.
