You'll act as the technical authority, providing guidance, oversight, and strategic input to support our operational and client objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the technical strategy for Motor TPA claims, ensuring best practice and regulatory compliance.
Provide expert advice and oversight on complex, high-value, and litigated motor claims.
Develop and maintain technical standards, policies, and procedures.
Support and coach claims handlers to enhance technical capability and consistency.
Collaborate with clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders to deliver tailored claims solutions.
Monitor performance, identify trends, and implement initiatives to improve indemnity spend and claims outcomes.
Represent the business in client reviews, audits, and technical forums.
Drive continuous improvement and innovation in claims handling processes.
Skills & Experience Required
Extensive experience in motor claims handling, ideally within a TPA or insurer environment.
Strong technical knowledge of motor claims, including liability, indemnity, litigation, and fraud.
Proven leadership and coaching skills, with experience managing technical standards or teams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive performance improvements.
Familiarity with FCA regulations and industry best practices.
