About this role

We are looking for a collaborative, energetic, and highly organised individual who is passionate about making a difference in the Logistics space. This is an opportunity to work on a large, cross-functional initiative on the delivery platform with multiple delivery partners and markets.


This role will involve managing projects across multiple product and engineering teams, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with business priorities. The successful candidate will be an expert in programme management, with advanced skills in leadership, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and driving continuous improvements across the organisation.

Location: Hybrid - 3 days a week from the London office & 2 days working from home.

Please note: this role will be a 9-month fixed-term contract

Driving Global P&T Initiatives

:

Leading and coordinating large, cross-functional teams globally to achieve key objectives.

Strategic Stakeholder Engagement

:

Building strong relationships with business stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring program delivery aligns with evolving needs.

Expert Risk & Problem Solving:

Proactively identifying and resolving complex risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, balancing business priorities with technical realities.

Shaping & Delivering Complex Programs:

Breaking down large-scale initiatives into manageable components, developing functional specifications and ensuring successful, timely delivery.

Mentoring & Developing Talent:

Coaching and guiding TPMs and other colleagues, fostering best practices in program delivery.

What will you bring to the table?

Proven Experience in Tech/Digital Delivery:

Solid background in the technology, digital, or e-commerce industry with a track record of successfully delivering multiple technical or digital projects/products that drive business value.

Independent Problem-Solving & Innovation:

Demonstrated ability to work autonomously in fast-paced environments, anticipate challenges, and provide innovative solutions to complex problems.

Mentorship & Development Skills:

Experience coaching and reviewing the work of other professionals, actively supporting their career growth.

Exceptional Communication & Stakeholder Management:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information, articulate value, manage expectations, and influence senior stakeholders.

Adaptability to Dynamic Requirements:

Proven ability to engage with and integrate multiple, concurrent requirements from diverse teams and business areas.
