We're looking for a

Senior Technical Project Manager

to lead and scale AI-driven product initiatives. You'll guide

3-6 Full Stack AI Engineers

, bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to fast-moving GenAI projects while aligning delivery with business goals.

What You'll Do

Own planning, prioritization, and delivery of AI features from idea to production Translate customer and business needs into clear scopes, milestones, and success metrics Partner closely with engineers, designers, and stakeholders to ship short-cycle MVPs Balance product vision with technical realities, risks, and trade-offs Help scale AI concepts into secure, production-ready applications
What We're Looking For

6+ years

experience as a Technical Project / Product Manager in tech or AI Strong

GenAI fluency

(LLMs, strengths/limits, GPT vs Claude vs smaller models) Experience with

AI product delivery

(RAG, vector databases, ML services) Solid technical understanding of software development, APIs, and architecture Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical teams Agile/Scrum experience; comfortable with Jira, Azure DevOps, Figma, Miro
Nice to Have

Hands-on coding experience (side projects, prototyping, "vibe coding") Proven experience taking AI ideas from concept to production Exposure to AI quality, security, and deployment best practices
