Job Summary



Lit Event Group are a fast growing production company based in North Wembley. We specialise in providing all aspects of production for weddings, private parties, Live music events, corporate events and conferences.

As we continue to expand, we are looking for an experienced

Senior technician or Production manager

to join our team.

Key Responsibilities



Lead and manage the

end-to-end production process

for events, from initial client brief through to onsite delivery. Liaise directly with clients to understand technical requirements and specify appropriate equipment solutions. Oversee

equipment preparation and logistics

, ensuring everything is correctly picked, prepped, and ready for deployment.

Manage crew scheduling and bookings

, ensuring all personnel are briefed and aligned with event needs. Act as

onsite Production Manager

, coordinating technical operations and troubleshooting in real time. Operate AV and lighting equipment during events when required. Support in the warehouse with equipment

prep, maintenance, and storage

. Contribute to

equipment upgrade discussions and procurement decisions

based on evolving industry standards and event needs.

Requirements



Minimum 4 years

of hands-on experience as a technician within the events or live production industry. Proficient in the use and operation of a variety of technical equipment, including: Lighting desks and DMX Video switchers and projectors LED walls and video processing units Cameras Basic audio systems Basic knowledge in set building and staging Basic knowledge in CAD or other 3D modelling/visualisation software. Proven experience managing

onsite technical teams

and event crews. Strong

problem-solving skills

, with the ability to act quickly and independently under pressure. Highly organised, able to manage

multiple events

and projects concurrently. A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and clear communication skills.

Full UK Driving Licence

is essential. London based and able to easily commute to/from our warehouse in North Wembley
