DeepOcean is seeking a Senior Tender Estimator to join our Finance team, supporting the Commercial department in delivering high-quality cost estimates for tenders and studies. Your Role:



As a Senior Tender Estimator, you will play a critical role in supporting our tendering process by providing accurate and timely cost estimates that align with DeepOcean's procedures and client expectations.



Key Responsibilities:



Prepare comprehensive cost estimates based on DeepOcean's Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS) and client specifications.

Deliver supporting documentation and investment analyses for internal commercial decision-making.

Analyze and complete client-provided commercial terms and exhibits.

Develop cost plans and cash flow forecasts for each tender.

Input costing and pricing data into the CRM system.

Lead and participate in cost review meetings throughout the tender period.

Present cost/pricing structures at Tender Board meetings.

Assist in cost/risk assessments for project proposals.

Support bid clarification and negotiation processes with up-to-date costing information.

Maintain and develop the Benchmark Database by collecting experience data.

Ensure a structured handover of cost estimates to project execution teams and provide support during project delivery.

Assist ongoing projects with cost estimating support as needed.



What We're Looking For:



Qualifications:



Minimum 3-4 years of experience in tender estimation across various project types and sizes.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Degree in Engineering, Finance, or a related field (Bachelor's/Master's or equivalent).

Experience in the renewables sector is highly desirable.

Background in project controls is a plus.

Solid understanding of financial, commercial, and contractual concepts.
