Senior Test Analyst

Part Time 22.5 hours per week

12-Month FTC Based from Home

Role Purpose

Lead the design, execution, and improvement of testing for Ramsay Health Care's Digital solutions, ensuring high-quality, safe, and accessible digital experiences for patients.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement end-to-end test strategies, frameworks, and plans. Manage complex system integration testing across healthcare platforms. Lead defect triage and resolution with cross-functional teams. Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure real-world patient journey testing. Ensure accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1, Level AA).

Skills & Experience

Proven expertise in software testing, including healthcare or patient-facing systems. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. Experience with API, integration, and automation testing. Knowledge of test tools (JIRA, TestRail, Azure DevOps). Understanding of healthcare compliance and patient safety requirements. ISTQB Foundation Level certification (Advanced Test Manager desirable).

Desirable

Experience with IMS MAXIMS or similar systems. Clinical risk management knowledge.
