We're now looking for a

Senior Test Technician

to join our

Device Development team

within the

Innovation function

. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in testing and validating next-generation


PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES

Collaborate with Development Engineers on new technology projects and product development. Create and manage validation plans to ensure thorough, timely, and high-standard testing. Develop timing plans, identify risks, and provide regular progress updates. Analyse and present test results in a clear, easy-to-understand format; contribute to root cause investigations. Assemble and disassemble prototypes, perform testing on designs and in-market products, and produce jigs/fixtures to support R&D activities. Maintain compliance with Health & Safety standards, training requirements, and project protocols.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Hold an undergraduate degree (e.g., BEng) or equivalent in an engineering-related discipline. Demonstrate strong cross-functional collaboration and teamwork skills. Highly proficient in computer use, with the ability to interpret and analyse numerical data. Possess excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, alongside strong organisational and time management abilities. Experienced in creating technical documents and reports, compiling and presenting technical data. Familiar with workshop environments and test equipment, with a commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
