Senior Tester
Location: Hybrid, Stone , Staffordshire (Reporting to our Stone office 2 times per week)
Status: Permanent, Full Time

Why are we hiring a Senior Tester?
We are expanding our current testing team to further support our regulatory solutions!
As a Senior Tester you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our products through comprehensive testing and validation. You will be responsible for designing and executing test strategies, validating system functionality, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to uphold the highest standards of quality.
What are you responsible for?

  • Design, develop, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and validation protocols for software and hardware systems.
  • Perform both manual and automated testing to validate functionality, performance, and compliance with requirements.
  • Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
  • Conduct functional, regression, integration, and system-level testing.
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Cypress, Selenium, MSTest, Test Complete, or similar frameworks.
  • Collaborate with product managers and developers to clarify requirements and ensure testability.
  • Adherence to the Company's Quality Management System to ensure that all work is handled Securely, Professionally and Diligently
Skills, Knowledge & Experience:
  • Experience in software and/or hardware testing, including validation responsibilities.
  • Preferably Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Solid understanding of testing and validation methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Proficiency in automated testing tools and scripting languages.
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Cypress, Playwright, C#, Java or Python is a plus.
  • Experience with regulatory or compliance validation (e.g., ISO, FDA, CE) is advantageous.
