NAPC is the first and only annexe, mobile home and garden room planning and development consultancy, working to ensure the very highest standards of design, construction and delivery are adhered to across private and commercial projects. Our offices are based in Watermoor Point, Cirencester.

This is an ideal position for someone who ideally has 2+ years' experience working in planning in either Local Authority or the private sector.

What you will be doing:

Manage own case load and clients (commercial and private) Processing planning applications in a timely manner, production robust reports and recommendations to achieve the desired outcomes Be a key stakeholder in projects, giving input when required Using planning knowledge to advise clients and produce feasibility studies Working collaboratively, providing support and guidance to peers and more junior staff to distribute knowledge Preparing and presenting evidence on appeals Building upon existing client relationships, providing excellent customer service Open new opportunities, contributing to the development and growth of the business Reporting on planning performance to the planning manager

The successful candidate will:

Have a degree in Town Planning or a relevant subject and ideally be a member of the Royal Town Planning Institute, or working towards it Be an excellent communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills Be enthusiastic and motivated, committed to continuing professional development of themselves and the company A good team player, who can work collaboratively as well as individually Be able to manage a varied workload and work closely with commercial and private clients
