Senior Trade Sales Executive
to join our high-performing team.
This is more than a sales role. It's a chance to lead from the front - delivering first-class customer service while coaching others to do the same. You'll be a key point of contact for our trade customers, helping them place orders, resolving complex queries, and guiding the Trade Sales Executive(s) in daily performance and standards.
You'll work closely with the Trade Sales Manager, supporting the day-to-day running of the sales function, developing our service approach, and driving improvements in how we work. From mentoring colleagues to spotting process efficiencies, you'll be instrumental in shaping the next phase of our customer journey.
What we're looking for:
Experience in a trade sales, internal sales, or B2B environment
Supervisory or coaching experience - formally or informally
Strong commercial awareness and a customer-first mindset
Confidence managing your own workload and supporting others
A proactive, team-driven approach with a focus on continuous improvement
