You'll be part of our People department, helping to make sure our crew are trained and ready to deliver unforgettable holidays.
Role Overview
As a Senior Training Compliance Advisor, you'll:

  • Help plan and schedule training for our fleet so crew members are qualified for their roles
  • Work with training providers and auditors to keep everything running smoothly
  • Keep an eye on training costs and support with budgeting
  • Make sure our HR systems (like Mistral) are kept up to date with accurate training records
This is a full-time, fixed-term role for 12 months (CUK12 level), with hybrid working available - including up to two days from home.
