Position Summary:
The Project Management Director is a new role to the organization and is part of our ongoing commitment to best in class service standards to both internal and external clients. The ideal candidate will have prior Project Management Office (PMO) experience within the Property & Casualty Insurance Industry. Responsibilities will require the initial build out of RSGUM's PMO framework and guidelines. Concurrently the individual will have a direct role participating in the global oversight and delivery of RSGUM's 15 to 20 highest impact initiatives.

What will your job entail?
International M&A Integration:
Working with Corporate PMO (M&A Integration Management Office (IMO)) to manage effective integration of newly acquired MGUs or companies.Lead cross-functional international M&A integration efforts for acquired international businesses - driving strategic alignment, synergy realization, and operational harmonization. Production of materials to aide in decision making (e.g. integration strategy), monitor track and report progress of integration efforts across multiple workstreams to key stakeholders Stakeholder Management Integration Risk Management

External Consulting Oversight:Oversight of PwC relationship and support service in the UK Provide initial review of strategy, insight or other papers shared by external consultants Attendance with RSUMI COO at fortnightly review meetings Agree and manage SOWs with Corporate PMO, RSUM PMO Manage performance and quality of service

Business Design and Target Operating Model
Working with the Innovisk COO and RSUMI COO:Assist with the production of the Target Operating Model (TOM), including the production of materials, managing communications with key internal stakeholders and planning and executing implementation. Working with the Innovisk COO on Business Design thought leadership, presentation to International / RSUM leadership and execution Being the PM lead on any business transformation projects ensuring full cradle-to-grave management. Working with the Innovisk COO to manage additional build-out of outsourced activities to Indian operational centre Gain a profound understanding of the Indian operation in order to deputise for the Innovisk COO with general oversight and management activities

Project ManagementWorking with the International Project Manager, Corporate and RSUM PMOs as a team, lead and deliver complex, cross-functional international programs with strategic business priorities, collaborating with senior stakeholders, global PMOs, and external partners to drive transformational outcomes. Own project governance and execution oversight, working with Steering Committees and Workstream Leaders to deliver on objectives while resolving critical path issues, interdependencies, and risks at the executive level. Drive enterprise-wide prioritization, resource alignment, and delivery efficiency, ensuring all initiatives contribute to the long-term business roadmap and operational scalability. Champion project excellence by leading the evolution of project management methodologies, embedding best practices, and mentoring delivery teams and junior PMs across the organization. Serve as a key liaison between delivery teams and executive leadership, ensuring alignment, visibility, and effective communication at all levels. To act as first-receiver and triage issues and queries from the workstreams through the collation, consolidation and maintenance of programme issue, risk and dependency logs, as well as assisting workstream leaders to resolve low touch issues and coordinating the escalation of issues/queries to the ISC, as appropriate Work with Project leaders to support the ultimate delivery of International Projects Roadmap
