About

We are a York based Sports Tour Operator specialising in creating bespoke tours to America with a sporting event at the centre of the tour. We work with all major American sports including NFL, NBA, NHL, MLB and major events such as the Kentucky Derby, The Masters, and major motorsport events - Indy 500, Daytona 500, and American F1.

Responsibilities

Interacting with clients via phone, email, and text communication Creating bespoke travel itineraries based on the clients' requests Creating enticing packages to be marketed via social channels and to the trade Working with the travel trade, suppliers, and key players Maintaining the company CRM system Booking administration for clients Social Media contribution Follow up on sales leads Office administration Generally helping out wherever needed

Requirements

A passion for travel and travel planning A positive & professional attitude towards all things relating to the company Energy and enthusiasm when it comes to learning the industry, the role, and contributing to the success of the company You must have excellent communication skills: verbal and written communication using clear and proper English Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
