Carter Rolan Group are currently recruiting for a

Hybrid Treasury Analyst

on a permanent basis. You will only work 2-3 days in the office (B5 Birmingham) and the rest Work From Home.

We're seeking a Treasury Analyst with hands-on experience in treasury reporting, cash management, and payment processing, ideally across multi-currency environments.

You'll be working on FX risk mitigation, treasury reporting, and cross-functional support, while driving process improvements and using tools like Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems.

We're looking for someone who can operate under pressure, handle sensitive information with discretion, and bring strong analytical skills to complex financial data. Studying towards (or holding) ACCA, CIMA or equivalent is advantageous but not essential.
