Senior Underwriter

This is your opportunity to build a career in the financial services industry with a fast-growing FinTech business.

Collaborate with other departments (Operations, Customer Care, Compliance) to deliver an exceptional end-to-end customer journey. Contribute to projects that enhance our underwriting framework, systems, and policies.

What You'll Bring

Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to interpret both credit data and Open Banking information. Experience mentoring, coaching, or supporting team members (formal management not required). A sharp eye for detail and a critical, questioning mindset. Confidence in making decisions that balance customer needs with business risk. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Weekend flexibility: availability to work either Saturday or Sunday, one in four, with a day back in the week (or as overtime).

What We'll Do For You

A salary of

40,000 - 45,000 per year

, dependent on experience. Work alongside a management team with a proven track record of scaling businesses to IPO and sale.
