Senior Urban Designer Job in Central London

My client is an established yet growing landscape consultancy, who has 40 years of expertise and know how to deliver high-quality design and placemaking. With eight offices across the UK, each with its own personality; and made up of an established team of Urban Designers, Landscape Architects, Planners and Architects. The role offers flexible working with home working available. Due to ongoing success, they are seeking a Senior Urban Designer to join its London office.

Role & Responsibilities

• Take a lead role in the management of projects across all stages
• You will be working on master planning projects across a range of scales including town centre regeneration, new settlements and garden villages
• Submitting of planning applications
• Supporting and managing team members
• Visiting site.

Required Skills & Experience

• Master\xe2\x80\x99s qualification in urban design or other build environment qualification
• Five to 10 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience on UK master planning projects
• Excellent understanding of UK planning process and experience of successful applications
• Experience in the use of AutoCAD and Adobe is essential \xe2\x80\x93 Revit and 3d package experience is desirable
• Possess project management and job winning experience
• Good communication skills.
