Job Description

As a Senior Urban Designer, you'll play a key role in delivering large-scale high and low density masterplans and public realm projects that prioritise sustainability, inclusivity, and design excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Lead multidisciplinary teams and mentor junior designers
- Oversee design delivery from concept to technical documentation
- Champion design quality, innovation, and sustainability
- Drive strategic communication with stakeholders and clients
- Lead contextual analysis and community engagement
- Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines
- Contribute to studio-wide strategic initiatives
- 5+ years' experience in a senior urban design role
- Strong portfolio of low and high-density housing projects
- Mastery of placemaking and urban design principles
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, GIS
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Understanding of UK building regulations and fire safety
- Professional degree in Urban Design, Architecture, or Landscape Architecture
- The right to live and work in the UK
