About the role:


We're looking for a Senior UX Designer to join our Product team and help shape the user experience across our suite of data-driven B2B platforms. In this role, you'll focus on designing intuitive, scalable, and user-friendly interfaces for complex, content-rich products. Your work will require a strong grasp of information design, usability principles, and interface consistency.




You'll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and internal users to create seamless experiences across multiple touchpoints. A key part of your role will be maintaining and evolving our design system (Storybook), ensuring a cohesive and standardised user experience across our ecosystem.




Responsibilities:


Lead UX design efforts across our data-driven platforms, ensuring a seamless and intuitive experience for users interacting with complex datasets.


Create user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma that translate complex data and content into accessible insights.


Maintain, develop, and contribute to Storybook, ensuring design standardisation and interoperability across the platform.


Conduct user research, usability testing, and service mapping to identify pain points and opportunities for optimisation.


Develop scalable design solutions that cater to tabular data, charts, and interactive data visualisation components.


Work closely with engineering teams to ensure feasibility and alignment between design and development.


Context-switch efficiently between multiple projects while maintaining a high standard of work.


Facilitate workshops and discovery activities, collaborating with stakeholders to define UX strategies.


Present design ideas effectively to cross-functional teams and senior leadership.

Essential Criteria

Skills & Experience:


5+ years of UX design experience, with a strong focus on B2B and data-intensive products.




Proven experience designing for tabular data, dashboards, and complex data visualisations.




Background in data-heavy industries such as analytics, SaaS, fintech, or enterprise software (highly desirable).




Experience working with design systems (e.g., Storybook) and building scalable design patterns.




Strong user research and prototyping skills, with a track record of solving complex UX challenges.




Ability to translate business and technical requirements into intuitive, user-centered experiences.




Experience designing across both web and mobile platforms.




Skilled in conducting user research and usability testing to support iterative design improvements.




Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.




Strong problem-solving and prioritisation abilities; comfortable working independently.




Ability to manage multiple projects and context switch effectively.




Comfortable leading workshops and discovery sessions to support service design.




Proficient in Figma, with a portfolio demonstrating complex workflows and interactive design.




Good understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, React) to support effective developer collaboration.
