About Herewith

At Herewith we're changing how people access care. Our platform allows seniors and their families to find, hire, and manage background-checked local Helpers for everyday support at home. We cut out the agencies and middlemen traditionally associated with caregiving, saving families money while increasing pay for Helpers.

As well as supporting the current product. We're beginning to partner with Healthcare Providers to utilize the Helpers on our platform to provide non-medical support to their patients. To build out our B2B service, we're looking for an experienced UX designer who can turn ambiguity, complex requirements, and stakeholder feedback into clear, intuitive, and compliant products that will drive the next generation of our business.

About the Role

We're looking for support in two areas. Identifying and improving the current product, and defining our first B2B service offering. You'll be working alongside our team to turn customer feedback, partner requirements, and user analytics into intuitive, accessible, well structured wireframes and user journeys. You'll work with our small product team (Head of Design, Product Manager, Copywriter, and our Engineers) to deliver measurable, high quality features and improvements to our service.

Because we design tools for people at one of the most vulnerable points in their lives, our team places a high value on respect, inclusivity, emotional sensitivity, and collaboration. Plus, like all startups there's plenty of opportunities to contribute across the business if you choose. But with that said we expect you to get your tasks done and to be proactive with the team if you have any questions! What You'll Do
Own UX design across the Herewith suite of products. From identifying and outlining improvements to the current product to helping build our B2B services. Work with stakeholders, partners, customer service, and product management to gather feedback and validate design decisions. Translate those insights and requirements into information architectures, wireframes, lo-fi prototypes, and specifications using Figma. Collaborate through design reviews and development to ensure quality is maintained not just in your own work but through to the final build. Review product analytics with tools like Amplitude and Google Analytics to guide design direction and improvements. Ensure usability and accessibility standards are maintained across the product.

What We're Looking For

6+ years of UX design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, Health-tech, or Healthcare environments. A strong portfolio of work showcasing end-to-end product thinking, from discovery through to deployment. You're comfortable working on cross-platform products, designing for both web and mobile apps. You're someone who thrives in collaborative design environments and enjoys using design reviews and iterative processes to refine your work. Excellent communication and storytelling skills. You advocate for the user, getting leadership on-board and can clearly articulate the "why" behind your work. Proven ability to work with remote engineering teams. You're able to collaborate and balance designing for users with what's feasible to develop and are comfortable reviewing builds to make sure the live product matches our expectations. Experience testing and researching to validate design decisions. Whether looking at user metrics, prototyping, or desk research. Proficiency with Figma (required) for creating design artifacts as well as google docs and slides for presenting to stakeholders.

Nice to Have

Experience in Healthcare, Senior Living, Dual-sided Marketplaces, or Gig apps. Personal experience with care for a family member or someone you know. Empathy and understanding for the struggles of our customers. * Past experience working directly with developers is beneficial, whether you helped them QA, dabbled with code, or built a fully fledged prototype yourself.
