Job Description

We are looking for a Senior UX Manager / Senior User Experience Designer / Senior Product Designer for a very large high traffic eCommerce business that sells to millions of consumers around the world.

This is a hybrid role with 1 day per week in the Central London offices (possibly less).

The Senior UX Manager / Senior User Experience Designer / Senior Product Designer will:
\xe2\x80\x93 Be responsible for ease of use, task success and design excellence whilst working with the team to ensure an industry-leading journey experience.
\xe2\x80\x93 Have ownership of end-to-end discovery of new innovative, intuitive, and conversion-optimised design solutions.
\xe2\x80\x93 Define new frameworks and independently conduct research.
\xe2\x80\x93 Collaborate with other product designers to maintain the Global Design System
\xe2\x80\x93 Deliver industry leading user consumer experiences, working directly with the design team, product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders
\xe2\x80\x93 Use core architecture and design skills to take deliverables through a full project lifecycle
\xe2\x80\x93 Ensure user experience is championed throughout the product development process through working closely with business stakeholders.
\xe2\x80\x93 Work with the analytics and product management teams to make measurable UX decisions
\xe2\x80\x93 Ensure deliveries meet design specifications through internal QA tests

The Senior UX Manager / Senior User Experience Designer / Senior Product Designer must have:
\xe2\x80\x93 Strong experience as a UX Manager within a high traffic transactional ecommerce environment (eg. groceries, fashion, travel, media, entertainment, airlines, etc)
\xe2\x80\x93 Strong logic based UX skills, workflows, user journeys with ability to explain design thinking and process.
\xe2\x80\x93 Strong generalist experience across UX, UI and research, including methodology, visuals and good process.
\xe2\x80\x93 The ability to creatively think and present concepts clearly to business stakeholders.
\xe2\x80\x93 Comfortable travelling to central London offices 1 day per week (possibly less)
