Summary



We are looking for a talented and motivated

Senior Videographer & Editor

to join our creative team. This is a hands-on, on-site role suited to someone who not only has exceptional editing skills but is also passionate about bringing visual stories to life across digital platforms. You will play a key role in managing video projects from concept through to delivery -- including client liaison, ideation, and storyboarding -- while ensuring high standards of creativity and professionalism.

This role is ideal for someone with strong Adobe After Effects expertise and a keen interest in integrating AI-based workflows to streamline and enhance creative output. If you're excited about blending creativity with innovation, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities



Capture, edit, and produce high-quality video content for a variety of platforms. Edit raw footage into engaging and professional videos using

Adobe Premiere Pro

and

After Effects

. Create dynamic motion graphics and visual effects using

Adobe After Effects

as a core part of your workflow. Work directly with clients to understand briefs, develop concepts, and manage expectations. Contribute to ideation, concept development, and storyboarding during pre-production phases. Manage video projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with creative direction. Apply AI-based tools and workflows to improve editing efficiency, creative output, or visual storytelling. Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, tone, and quality standards. Manage and maintain an organised video asset library. Support occasional photography and content creation projects as required. Stay current on industry trends, editing techniques, and new technologies.

Key Skills & Experience



Proven experience in video editing, with a standout portfolio showcasing a range of projects.

Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects

is essential. Strong working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and other Adobe Creative Cloud applications. Experience or strong interest in incorporating

AI-based tools

into post-production workflows. Strong storytelling instincts and a great eye for composition, pacing, and detail. Experience managing projects and working directly with clients. Creative ideation and visual concept development experience. Experience in photography is an advantage. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results under pressure. Driving license and reliable transport are
