ABOUT THE ROLE - SENIOR FRONT OF HOUSE OPPORTUNITY

At Lina Stores, we believe in Hospitality at Heart, and as a Senior Waiter, you will play a key leadership role in upholding our values of Generosity, Empathy, and Community. You'll lead by example on the floor, ensuring every guest receives outstanding service while supporting the smooth running of daily operations.


Your responsibilities will include:


Welcoming and engaging with guests, creating memorable dining experiences. Taking orders efficiently, confidently recommending dishes and pairings. Leading your section with professionalism, ensuring every detail of service is delivered to our high standards. Supporting and mentoring Front of House team members, helping them develop their skills. Communicating effectively with management and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service. Assisting with daily opening and closing duties, including set-up, cash handling, and service checks. Upholding Health & Safety and Food Hygiene standards at all times.

IDEAL CANDIDATE - WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Passionate about hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences. Previous experience as a Senior Waiter or in a similar leadership position within a busy restaurant. A confident communicator who leads by example and motivates others. Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine, wines, and classic service standards. A proactive problem-solver who stays calm under pressure. Professional, polished, and committed to delivering excellence. Dedicated to maintaining high standards of service, hygiene, and safety.
