Senior Warehouse Manager

We're looking for a strategic and hands-on logistics leader to optimise our warehouse and fulfilment operations. You'll drive process improvements, boost productivity, and ensure timely, cost-effective delivery across global markets.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading warehouse operations and continuous process improvement
Managing a high-performing team across logistics and customer fulfilment
Collaborating with Supply Chain and Commercial teams to ensure smooth order flow and a best-in-class customer experience
Optimising our distribution network and delivery partners for performance and cost
Ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards
Driving reporting, automation, and WMS optimisation
Managing budgets and identifying scalable, cost-effective logistics solutions
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, scaling environment and is passionate about building efficient, customer-focused operations
About you:
Bringing extensive experience in Global Operations and Warehouse Management, this candidate has led teams and worked across multichannel, international distribution networks. With a commercial mindset and a drive for operational efficiency, they thrive in fast-paced, scaling environments.
Strong background in global operations and warehouse leadership
Skilled in managing multichannel, global distribution networks
Proven leadership experience, collaborating across supply chain, finance, and commercial teams
Deep knowledge of NetSuite WMS or similar platforms
Experience in high-volume, scale-up environments from transferable industries
Commercially focused with a passion for driving efficiency and results
