Senior Web Content Manager

As our Senior Web Content Manager for North America you will be responsible for managing the online web experience across our health systems businesses.

Your role:

  • Will be to work with our health system businesses to understand audience engagement needs on the web and to recommend and execute web updates to meet those needs as well as to provide input to our business digital team and marcom on content strategy that aligns with the company\'s goals and target audience, from a web optimization perspective.
  • Is to adapt, edit and publish engaging, high-quality and relevant content for the website, such as blog posts, articles, images, videos among other items and ensure the content is optimized for search engines (SEO) and easy to find by Business audiences.
  • Is also to monitor and analyze website traffic, user engagement, Web NPS and other metrics to measure the success of content and adjust strategies accordingly, including web testing.
  • Requires collaborating with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
You\'re the right fit if:
  • You\xe2\x80\x99ve acquired 7+ years of experience in the digital marketing space, inclusive of web strategy and execution.
  • You have familiarity and experience with web conversion optimization, Search Engine Optimization, and an understanding of how digital marketing campaigns rely on and interact with the web.
  • You are Tech/digital savvy with experience in managing customer-oriented digital platforms is beneficial and have a data-driven mindset with strong experience in decision making.
  • You have a BA degree or higher degree in a related field.
