What We're Looking For

A Senior Web Developer who specialises in WordPress, eCommerce builds and API integrations. Someone who can take finished UX prototypes in Figma and turn them into fast, reliable and well engineered websites.

This role is for a hands-on commercial web developer with deep WordPress experience. Not a software engineer or app developer. You will work closely with our creative, UX and SEO teams to bring designs to life to a high standard.

What The Role Involves

Build high quality WordPress websites from approved UX and Figma prototypes Develop custom themes and functionality when required Implement eCommerce builds including WooCommerce and subscription setups Integrate APIs and third-party services reliably and securely Ensure fast loading, stable performance and strong technical SEO foundations Improve and maintain existing client websites Collaborate with designers and UX for smooth project delivery Implement tracking, analytics and technical SEO best practice Ensure accessibility and responsive experiences across all devices Maintain clean, documented and maintainable code Support launches, migrations and performance improvements

What We're Looking For

Minimum 3 years experience in an agency environment Extensive WordPress expertise, including custom theme development Experience with WooCommerce or similar eCommerce solutions such as Shopify. Ability to deliver full builds from Figma Confidence with API integrations Strong understanding of speed optimisation and technical SEO Good knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and WordPress standards Experience with version control A detail focused developer who cares about quality, performance and deadlines Strong communicator who works well within creative, UX and SEO teams
