As we continue to expand, we're looking for a Senior Webflow Developer with proven enterprise experience to join our team. Advanced knowledge of the Lumous framework is a bonus.


As a Senior Webflow Developer, you'll be responsible for architecting and delivering Webflow projects that meet enterprise-grade standards. You'll collaborate closely with our designers, strategists, and project managers to ensure technical quality, scalability, and performance. This role requires deep expertise in Enterprise-level Webflow builds, CMS structuring, and Lumous framework best practices.

What You'll Be Doing



Lead the development of complex Webflow projects from concept to launch. Implement the Lumous framework to build scalable, maintainable, and modular Webflow sites. Architect CMS collections, dynamic content, and workflows for large-scale projects. Ensure sites meet enterprise-grade requirements for accessibility, performance, and security. Collaborate with design and strategy teams to translate creative concepts into robust Webflow solutions. Optimize for technical SEO, site speed, and cross-browser responsiveness. Contribute to internal standards, best practices, and team-wide development guidelines. Mentor mid-level and junior developers, providing code reviews and technical leadership.

Requirements



4+ years of professional experience in

Webflow development

. Demonstrated experience building

enterprise-level Webflow sites

with complex CMS and multi-user workflows. Advanced proficiency with the

Lumous framework

, including component architecture, tokenization, and scalability principles. Strong understanding of

HTML, CSS, JavaScript

(ability to extend Webflow beyond native features). Experience working with

Webflow Enterprise features

(team collaboration, custom code, integrations, staging workflows). Familiarity with

API integrations, Zapier/Make, and automation

within Webflow ecosystems. Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure pixel-perfect implementation. * Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
