Position Overview:

Join us as a Senior Website Manager and be a driving force in propelling our organization\'s web presence to new heights. Working in a fully remote capacity, you will champion the architecture, security, scalability, overall strategy and CMS of our website. Reporting directly to the Head of Global Digital Marketing, you will work with cross-functional teams, including IT, field marketing teams, the executive team, and independent contractors in design and development. As a key driver in our high-growth trajectory, your expertise will be instrumental in scaling our website across geolocales and languages, enhancing accessibility, security, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

Website Architecture and Infrastructure:

  • Develop and execute a forward-thinking website architecture strategy, driving us towards scalability, performance, and seamless navigation.
  • Collaborate with IT and development teams to introduce advanced features and functionalities, in alignment with our rapid expansion plans.
  • Seamlessly integrate third-party systems, APIs, and tools to enrich user experience and unlock data-driven insights.
Content Management System (CMS) Management:
  • Spearhead the optimization and management of our CMS, streamlining content creation, publication, updates, and a potential migration to a new enterprise CMS environment.
  • Craft and enforce content governance guidelines to maintain consistency, accuracy, and brand integrity. It will be incredibly important to scale our website into nine main language / locales.
  • Empower content contributors through proficient CMS training and guidance.
Website Security:
  • Engineer robust security protocols that bolster the website against cyber threats, breaches, and vulnerabilities.
  • Stay attuned to evolving security trends and best practices, preserving our website\'s impervious security posture.
Scalability and Performance:
  • Devise a comprehensive scalability strategy that anticipates our surging growth, preempting resource needs and user expectations.
  • Monitor and enhance website performance metrics, unearthing optimization opportunities to elevate user engagement.
Team Leadership and Collaboration:
  • Illuminate the path for the current website team through mentorship and leadership, nurturing their professional growth.
  • Forge an impactful collaboration with cross-functional teams, spanning IT, security, field marketing teams, executive leadership, and external contractors in design and development.
Budget Management:
  • Contribute to managing website discretionary budget, orchestrating strategic resource allocation to materialize website goals.
Analytics and Continuous Improvement:
  • Decipher website analytics and user behavior insights, instigating continuous enhancement.
  • Champion constant A/B testing and multivariate experiments to refine user engagement, conversion rates, and overall website performance.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Possess a post-secondary degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • A minimum of 4-5 years of website management experience, enriched by a history of navigating intricate, high-traffic websites. B2B SaaS preferred.
  • Demonstrate expertise in web architecture, CMS management, security protocols, and scalability strategies.
  • Command proficiency in web technologies encompassing HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and a familiarity with contemporary web frameworks.
  • Exhibit adeptness with CMS platforms, e-commerce systems, and adept integration of third-party tools.
  • Display profound understanding of cybersecurity best practices, data privacy regulations, and risk mitigation.
  • Strong experience with web analytics tools, facilitating data-informed decision-making.
  • Boast exceptional leadership and team collaboration prowess, exemplifying the art of motivating and guiding team members.
  • Showcase problem-solving skills tailored for a dynamic, ever-evolving environment.
  • Proven experience with B2B (SaaS preferred) industry dynamics and trends.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders, harnessing persuasive communication skills.
  • Possess an innate proactiveness and innovative mindset, perpetually aligning with industry advancements.
  • Ability to work 100% remote.
  • Some traveling will be required for off-site team meetings.
