Job Description

Principal Accountabilities:



Lead and perform

complex wiring loom, harness, and electronic assembly builds

to

Class 3

and aerospace quality standards. Interpret

technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and manufacturing instructions

to plan and execute precision builds. Carry out

soldering, splicing, crimping, and cable termination

to

IPC/WHMA-A-620C

and

IPC-J-STD-001

standards. Conduct

first-off, in-process, and final inspections

to verify compliance and ensure zero defects. Provide

technical leadership, guidance, and on-the-job training

to less experienced technicians. Support

new product introduction (NPI)

activities, working closely with engineers to optimise design for manufacturability. Assist in creating and updating

manufacturing documentation

and standard operating procedures. Execute and interpret results from

continuity, insulation resistance, and functional testing

. Collaborate with

Quality and Engineering teams

to maintain consistent build quality and resolve production issues. Drive

continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, and 5S initiatives

within the production environment. Ensure full compliance with

ISO9001

quality management system and aerospace regulatory standards.

Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications and Experience:



Minimum

8 years' experience

in electronic assembly and wiring harness manufacture within

aerospace, defence, or high-reliability industries

.

IPC-certified

to Class 3 in

IPC/WHMA-A-620C, IPC-J-STD-001, IPC-A-610,

and

IPC-7711/7721

.

Demonstrable expertise in

soldering, cable and connector assembly, and rework

to aerospace standards.

Deep understanding of

aerospace wiring, connectors, shielding, and grounding techniques

.

Strong ability to read and interpret

complex technical drawings and schematics

.

Excellent

attention to detail

, precision workmanship, and documentation accuracy.

Proven

mentoring and leadership skills

, able to train and support junior team members.

Familiar with

ESD controls, calibration procedures, and inspection protocols

.

Competent in using

MS Office

and reviewing electronic test data.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 38,000.00-50,000.00 per year
