Join us as a Senior Workforce Management and Capacity Planning Analyst where you will be an integral part of our established workforce management team. You will play a crucial role in forecasting, capacity planning, recruitment, and optimisation management. In this role you will directly engage and manage senior stakeholder relationships with operational business leaders, performance teams, finance partners and business management. You will be responsible for optimising the WFM toolkit, working closely with colleagues to drive excellent colleague and customer outcomes.
