SEN/SLD Teacher
What we are looking for:
A teacher who is able to:
Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to meet the needs of students with SEN/SLD
Be adaptable and flexible, ready to embrace new ideas and approaches that effectively support students with SEN/SLD
Know, understand and contribute to the Educational Health Care Plans of each student they work with
Support the wellbeing and educational needs of young people with SEN/SLD
Have a relationships first ethos and an understanding of emotion coaching and the restorative approach
Show sensitivity in listening to young people's situations and the ability to communicate positively and effectively to reach solutions
Actively and proactively look ahead, predicting and preventing barriers to success

About the role:
We are looking for a passionate and inspirational teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will be able to teach cross-curricular subjects across Key Stages 3, 4 and 5 in a primary style setting. Salary and Hours:
Salary: Teacher - M1-UPS plus SEN allowance 2,787
This is a permanent Vacancy (5 days per week) There may be some negotiation for part-time hours for the right candidate.
