SEND Teaching Assistant - Burgess Hill - Complex Needs (Ages 2-19)

102.68 per day

12-week temp-to-perm via Pink Tile Education

Your Role:

Assisting students with personal care, mobility, and sensory regulation Using communication tools (PECS, visual timetables, etc.) to engage non-verbal students Supporting students 1:1 or in small groups based on need Helping manage challenging behaviour with a calm and patient approach Working closely with therapy teams and families

You'll Bring:

A willingness to assist with all aspects of care A warm, patient approach with excellent teamwork skills Experience (paid or personal) with children or adults with complex SEND Reliability, energy, and a nurturing spirit
