Are you a strategic and hands-on digital marketer with a passion for SEO, PPC, and performance marketing? Join our growing team as a

SEO Executive

and take the lead in driving measurable growth across our digital channels.

You'll work closely with the Sales and Marketing Team--including company directors--to enhance our online presence, generate qualified leads, and boost sales performance.

Key Responsibilities



Digital Strategy & Growth:

Develop and execute integrated SEO and paid media strategies to increase traffic, conversions, and ROI.

Campaign Management:

Oversee PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms, adjusting bids, targeting, and creative for optimal performance.

Website & SEO Optimisation:

Improve website performance through technical SEO, on-page optimisation, and link-building initiatives.

Performance Analysis:

Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush to analyse trends and deliver actionable insights.

Content Strategy:

Define and refine content strategies based on keyword trends and search performance.

Collaboration:

Work cross-functionally with sales, content, and development teams to ensure cohesive digital execution.

Compliance:

Ensure all digital activity aligns with data protection, cybersecurity, and intellectual property standards.

Innovation:

Stay up to date with SEO and PPC trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.

What We're Looking For



Experience & Skills



Minimum 5 years' experience in digital marketing, ideally within an agency or internal marketing department. Proven expertise in SEO, PPC, analytics, UX, and CRO. Strong proficiency with Google Ads, Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, and related tools. Experience delivering performance reports. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Experience in project management and website launches.

Mindset & Abilities



Data-driven decision-maker with strong analytical skills. Detail-oriented with a proactive, hands-on approach. Passionate about continuous improvement and digital innovation.

Bonus



Background in retail or e-commerce marketing is advantageous.
