At RANE Digital, we're on the lookout for a motivated and analytical SEO Executive to join our growing performance marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in search marketing and a desire to develop their expertise in both organic and paid search strategies.

You'll play a key role in helping clients boost visibility, traffic, and conversions through carefully crafted campaigns and strategic website optimisation.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, implement, and monitor SEO strategies aligned with clients' commercial goals. Conduct regular technical SEO audits, identifying and fixing issues that impact performance. Optimise on-page elements, including meta tags, headings, images, and internal linking structures. Support link building efforts and analyse backlink profiles. Review website content and landing pages to ensure SEO best practices are in place. Collaborate on successful site migrations and website launches, ensuring continuity in search performance. Continuously analyse campaign performance and apply improvements to increase ROI and lead generation. Optimise landing pages to improve user experience and conversion rates. Work closely with the wider team to ensure campaign consistency and alignment with client goals.

About You

A genuine interest in

digital marketing

, with 1-2 years experience working in

SEO

. Confident, self-motivated, and eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment. Strong

team player

with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights. Comfortable working to deadlines and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Organised and detail-focused, with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.

Desirable Skills

Familiarity with tools such as

Google Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager

Experience with

eCommerce platforms

like Shopify or WordPress. Knowledge of HTML/CSS and website structure from an SEO perspective. Interest in CRO (conversion rate optimisation) or UX principles. Ability to manage and optimise all aspects of

Google Ads campaigns

, including Search, Shopping, and Performance Max.
