We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented SEO Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of search engine optimisation techniques and a passion for digital marketing. As an SEO Executive, you will be responsible for enhancing our online presence, driving organic traffic, and improving search engine rankings through effective strategies and content management.
Responsibilities
Overall improves organic SEO online performance of Storm12 and its clients
Works with the Client Services team for briefs, metrics, and KPIs
Developing and implementing SEO strategies tailored to client needs, including on-page optimisation and content optimisation
Conducting keyword research and analysing competitor SEO strategies
Assessing site health and implementing technical SEO fixes or coordinating with developers as needed
Works with the Digital Marketing team on content calendars and informing the creation of new optimised content
Analysing SEO performance using relevant tools i.e., Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush
Producing and presenting SEO reports with insights and recommendations to both clients and leadership
Optimising local SEO efforts for better visibility in local searches where required
Off-page efforts / link building plans - Digital PR / Outreach, etc. finding relevant media opportunities (blogs)

On-page efforts - implementation on client sites and validation on other ends
Link building profile/authority
Skills, Qualifications & Experience
Proficiency with Google Drive and Microsoft Office
Expertise in organic SEO strategy, including implementation and ongoing management
Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Looker Studio
Experience with backlink audits and implementation strategies
Advanced skills in keyword strategy, including analysis, optimisation, and continuous improvement
Ability to assess website health
Competitor analysis skills
Experience in creating keyword-rich content
Effective presentation skills
Commercial acumen
Experience with Marketing Automation tools and their integration with SEO strategies would be an advantage
Confidence in using various CMS platforms
Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for content optimisation.
Optimise website content, including metadata, headings, and images, to improve search visibility.
Manage and update content on WordPress and other content management systems.
Monitor and analyse website performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to enhance website authority and ranking.
Collaborate with the content team to create SEO-friendly articles and blog posts.
Utilise Google Tag Manager for tracking and analytics purposes.
Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
Manage social media accounts to drive engagement and support SEO efforts.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
