Who are we looking for?
Our SEO team is rapidly growing thanks to new, exciting clients coming on board. Fantastic communication skills are essential, as you'll be client-facing and supporting a wide range of businesses in a busy agency.

This is a client-facing role, and the ability to communicate confidently and fluently is essential. You will join client calls, manage multiple workstreams, prepare and deliver reports and engage with a variety of stakeholders.
Good understanding of the fundamentals of SEO - keyword research, technical, onsite optimisation, content, and link-building.
Experience in keyword research with familiarity with common SEO tools such as SEMRush, Ahrefs, ScreamingFrog or similar.
Experience in understanding key metrics of SEO for reporting using tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics and Looker Studio.
Ability to conduct website audits from a technical SEO perspective, identifying key issues and prioritising accordingly (it's ok if you're not yet a super techy, but a good understanding of the principles of technical SEO is important) as you'll be helping run ScreamingFrog crawls and analysing data
Ability to conduct keyword research, analyse that research with a critical eye and put forward strong content ideas that genuinely support the client's overall goals.
You'll collaborate with our content team and support the development of content plans for clients. You don't need prior copywriting skills, but you must be able to clearly articulate ideas and analysis.
Experience with Wordpress is desired
Adaptability to different clients and industries. Our clients are a mix of B2B and B2C.

Strong commercial focus - we love working with individuals who are passionate about understanding all aspects of how our agency operates.
Self-motivated, driven, and engaging.
Experience working within an agency is a plus, as you'll be managing several accounts, but it's not essential. If you're currently in-house and looking to move into agency life, we'd love to hear from you.
