We're looking for a hands-on and strategic SEO Executive to directly under our Head of Digital. This is a key role where you will work on a range of client accounts and campaigns.
What You'll Do:
Research, plan and manage SEO strategies
Check ins and meetings with clients to discuss active projects and campaigns
Develop and oversee data-driven strategies that improve search rankings, traffic quality, and conversion rates
Own the performance of key KPIs like ROAS, CPL, and organic traffic growth
Collaborate with content, design, and dev teams to execute SEO best practices
Monitor trends, test new channels, and stay ahead of platform updates
Report on campaign performance and present insights to stakeholders
What We're Looking For:
2+ years in an SEO role, with proven knowledge and results
Solid understanding of keyword research, technical SEO, link building and CRO
Proficient with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console and Moz/SemRush/ahrefs
Solid understanding of Google indexing principles and ranking factors (on-page and off-page).
Supporting knowledge of HTML and website structure.
Experience using tools and services such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Moz (or similar), Screaming Frog (or similar).
Confident communicator
Nice to Have, Not Essential:
Direct experience working with Moz
Knowledge also of running Paid Ads campaigns e.g. Google Ads
